We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock and up to date, but in the unlikely event that we do not have your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of being placed are entitled to a full refund. Please email [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order and we will issue the refund immediately. Please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement. Please note that after this 12 hour period we are unable to cancel orders for rugs or quilts that are made to order, nor orders that have already shipped.
Prices are inclusive of taxes, but not any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, octroi/local state taxes for delivery within India or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. Due to our large scale pattern repeats and the hand printed and hand made nature of our products, the crop of the pattern will vary from product to product, and print variations may occur. This is not considered a fault, it adds to the characteristics of each product and is part of what makes every single BORIYA BASTA product is special and unique.
